Aside from strengthening the digestive organs, mudrasana of yoga belongs to the group of lotus postures and is one of the best antiaging poses as it helps the practitioner look and feel younger. The abdomen benefits most from this asana as it tightens all organs, softens the back, spine and hips, improves digestion and relieves constipation. This deep forward bend asana is also called the Yoga Symbol Pose or Yoga Seal Pose Psychic Union Pose, which activates the Manipuraka Chakra, which helps in improving overall energy levels.
