Symptoms due to prolonged screen time

This is followed by headaches, dry eyes, frequent watering, neck, back and shoulder pain. Children are exposed to electronic devices on a daily basis.

To avoid these issues, use anti-glare glasses on the computer screen and hold the screen 20 degrees below eye level. Rest your eyes for 15 minutes every 2 hours. Take a 20 second break every 20 minutes. Include dried fruits, flax seeds, soybeans, broccoli, green vegetables, fruits, and fish in children’s diets.
