S.Sleep problems affect up to one in three British adults, but over the past 12 months there has been an increasing number of reports that they are not getting a regular night’s sleep. In a study of 843 adults at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals last fall, researchers found that 70 percent of respondents felt that their sleep patterns had changed in the past few months, and less than half said after that Wake up feeling refreshed.
